1. How can I unsubscribe from Playono?

There are 2 ways to stop the service:

1: For Ooredo user to cancel send Stop 1 to 1502. For Zain user to cancel send U276 to 91138. For STC user to cancel send Stop 1 to 50722.

2: Via e-mail: You are able to send an e-mail containing the phone number that needs to be unsubscribed to kw@playono.com

2. How can I sign up for Playono?

When you're surfing the internet you might come across one of the Playono promotions, you may decide to try. Usually, you will be expected to solve a question or a puzzle, with an opportunity to win a prize. If you have solved the puzzle/question, you will be asked to fill up your mobile phone number in the column displayed. After filling in your mobile phone number, you will receive a free Playono confirmation message with a unique code. The moment you fill out this code on the designated website, you are officially in the race to win the prize.

3. What do I pay for the service?

When you are subscribed to Playono you will be charged as follow: Ooredoo : 0.8 KWD/week VAT Incl. Zain : 0.7 KWD/week VAT included. STC : 0.7 KWD/week (1 day free trial) VAT incl.

4. I did not know this was a subscription service?

All advertisement material clearly states that this concerns a subscription service. Furthermore, after subscribing the customer receives a free of charge information message stating the costs of the service, frequency, information on how to opt-out and a link to the website address for more information on the service.

5. I did not subscribe to this service, why am I receiving messages?

We do not send any messages to a mobile phone number if the number is not subscribed to one of our services. Maybe you do not remember subscribing to the service. Be careful when lending your mobile phone to people. The subscription is only activated when you have initiated it.

6. My under aged child has subscribed to the service?
